The rooms were well laid out and beautiful, fairly friendly staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the very comfy bed. Hotel was fairly clean and the service was good! Plus, I was able to park my car nearby. The restaurant was excellent, outstanding food.

Terrific staff, luxurious bathroom & large beds - all for a good stay. Location was quiet central, 12 miles to Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, perfectly reachable. Excellent pool to relax in too. Marvelous hotel, great value, what else to wish for.

The hotel was beautiful designed and the location was prime near to the shops, many tram lines, tourist areas. I had bright superior queen room with a nice balcony and the air conditioning system, as for instance. Fast check-in and the staff was exceptional. Could use their good parking. Loved my stay, had amazing 1 day overall.

Fairly clean fully equipped hotel. Comfortable beds, a safe, a sitting area and a writing desk were a nice touch. The property staff were happy to help. Had hot drinks in the piano bar in the evening😀
